- How are lookups counted?
- Per point — a 512-point batch is 512 lookups. Only successful responses count; errors and rate-limited calls are never charged.
- What counts as data out?
- Bytes served for raster extracts and Darly-hosted COG downloads. Catalog search and point-lookup responses don't count.
- What happens when I hit a quota?
- The API returns 429 until your month rolls over (or you upgrade). There are no overage bills, ever.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Any time, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; cancellations keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then revert to Free.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices are in USD and exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Businesses can enter a VAT ID at checkout.
